Mama Mary Flamenco offers handmade, exclusive flamenco fashion and accessories. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in design, colour, and finish may occur. These variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.

For custom-made items, production will begin only after full payment (or agreed deposit) is received.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

We accept secure payments through trusted third-party providers. Full payment is required before orders are processed unless otherwise agreed.

As our pieces are handmade, production times may vary. Estimated timeframes will be provided at the time of purchase or enquiry.

Mama Mary Flamenco is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

We ship within Australia and internationally (if applicable).

Customers are responsible for:

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier.

Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our products:

• Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
• Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for exchange or store credit (if applicable)

Items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• Returned within [X days] of delivery

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Our garments are designed for a close, body-hugging fit with minimal ease.
